Requirements
- LLB Degree recognized by the UGC
- Attorney-at-Law qualification
- Minimum two (02) years’ experience as an Attorney-at-Law
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of relevant Laws, Regulations and legal procedures
- Ability to work effectively with courts, government institutions and other legal authorities
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka and possess good moral character
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to NFTH
- Handle and represent NFTH in legal matters and court proceedings
- Draft and review Agreements, Contracts, Deeds, Bonds and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable Laws, Regulations and policies
- Coordinate with the Attorney General’s Department and other legal authorities
- Assist in Board-related legal and secretarial functions
- Assist the Chairman, Director General and other executives on legal matters
