We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented legal professional to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate/legal practice
• Strong knowledge of labor law, contracts, litigation, and corporate legal matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage legal documentation efficiently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle company legal affairs and court-related matters
• Draft, review, and manage agreements and legal documents
• Provide legal guidance and support to management
• Liaise with external legal authorities and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
