We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Notary Clerk to join our growing real estate team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a notary office, legal office, or real estate company preferred
• Knowledge of property documentation, legal procedures, and conveyancing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process legal and real estate documentation
• Coordinate property transfer and registration paperwork
• Liaise with clients, attorneys, banks, and government authorities
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Verify documents for completeness and accuracy
• Handle administrative duties related to property transactions
• Follow up on pending documentation and approvals
